“CHURCH IS FAMILY, IN SMALL GROUPS AND IN THE GREATER CHURCH COMMUNITY.”
– Tobias Teichen
ICF Munich is a church where everyone can share their talents. We don’t have just a few leaders, but a large number of staff and volunteers who take responsibility for our groups, our communities and our locations. Besides the many bearers who support ICF Munich, we also have a leadership team that guides the whole church.
“OUR TASK AS A LEADERSHIP TEAM IS TO ASK FOR GOD’S IDEAS AND PLANS IN PRAYER. IN EVERYTHING WE DO, WE SEEK AND PLACE HIM AT THE CENTER. TOGETHER WE STRIVE AND FIGHT FOR DIVINE GUIDANCE, WISE STRATEGIES AND GOOD DECISIONS.”
– Tobias Teichen
The leadership team consists of the lead pastors, Frauke and Tobias Teichen, as well as other core leaders of the church who carry a very high level of spiritual and operational responsibility. Despite the different roles that each person takes on, they all have one thing in common: they have a deep understanding of church processes, they embody the heartbeat of ICF Munich, and they have deep desire to make Jesus great with everything we do as a church.
Together with our many volunteers, groups, donors, prayer partners and friends, we form a large church family and do our best to help people get to know Jesus, to live fearlessly and to make a positive difference in their environment.
